We have two children, Evan who graduated high school in 2023, and Brooke who will graduate high school in 2025. We also have a cat named Duke and a dog named Bailey. We are continually active with the Massillon church of Christ. I am blessed to serve as a Deacon and teach an Adult Bible class on Sunday mornings. I love serving the Lord however it is needed.”

He started attending NOCYC as a camper in 3rd grade and continued through high school. Rich believes there is no better way to serve the Lord than to mentor young people. A belief he passed along to his two daughters who have been active staff members at camp since a young age.
Micah Marshall (Columbiana church of Christ)
Micah has been a director of Junior High week since 2017. NOCYC has always been an integral part of his life since he was first introduced to it in third grade. Micah met his wife Alana at NOCYC and proposed under the Walt Young pavilion after having milkshakes at the local Steel Trolly Diner. Micah continued to use his passion for Christian education and outreach by co-founding the Young Adults Retreat with Dawson Bennett to provide an opportunity for 18-35 year old’s to grow their faith.
